Admission

Admission to the college sall be made without regard to race, color, age, national origin, gender, marital status and belief. 

The college welcomes students seeking admission who are:

• Senior student of DepEd accredited schools;
• Graduate of DepEd - accredited schools or secondary schools abroad;
• Holders of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT)/Accreditation and Equivalency Test (AET) Certificate or Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate issued by the Department of Education (DepEd);
• Transferees

Requirements for Enrollment

For Junior High School

1. Entrance Test Result and admission slip issued by the Principal
2. Original copy of Form 138 and Philippine Educational Placement Test PEPT Certification starting that the student is qualified for the level
3. Certificate of good moral character certified by the principal or guidance counselor
4. Certificate of Honors (for top-five(5) honor students only)
5. PSA copy of Birth Certificate
6. 2x2 picture (2 pcs.)
7. Long brown envelop

For Senior High School

1. Entrance Test Result and admission slip issued by the Principal
2. Original copy of Form 138 and Philippine Educational Placement Test PEPT
3. Certification stating that the student is qualified for the level
4. Certificate of good moral character certified by the principal or guidance counselor
5. PSA copy of Birth Certificate
6. Certificate of Completion (Grade 10)
7. ESC Certification (From Private Schools)
8. 2x2 picture (2 pcs.)

Undergraduate Programs

For Freshmen (high school graduates who have not attended college)

1. Entrance Test Result issued by the Career Development and Counselling Office
2. Original High School Report Card or Form 138/PEPT/ALS Certificate 
3. Good Moral
4. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy and Original)
5. Two (2) copies 2x2 pictures with name tag (with white background)
6. Police Clearance
7. One (1) copy of 1x1 picture 
8. Long Brown Envelope

2. Transfer credentials (Certificate of Honorable Dismissal)
3. Good Moral
4. Original and authenticated copy of Transcript of Records / Informative copy of grades
5. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy and Original)
6. Two (2) copies 2x2 pictures with name tag (with white background)
7. Police Clearance
8. Long Brown Envelope

For Continuing Students (commonly known as old students)

1. Student Clearance
2. Accomplished Temporary Registration Form

For Re-Admission (students who would like to continue their program after taking leave of absence)

1. Copy of Approved Leave of Absence (ALA)
2. Latest 2x2 ID pictures with white background
